New Braunfels Custom Homes is family owned and operated by David Smullen and Pete Smullen Sr. Together, they bring decades of business, construction, engineering, and project leadership to every home.
Because we are a small, hands-on builder, the owners stay close to your project—from the first walk of your land through final selections and construction. You get honest communication, thoughtful planning, and attention to details that larger builders often miss.
